The environmental control of this station should be very strict to ensure the normal production requirements of lithium batteries. Because normal battery lithium battery production requires moisture The content is lower than 200ppm, so the dew point in the cell room is required to be higher than -42°C. The plant layout and functional areas of the sealing and filling workshop require very high dew point requirements in the battery drying room and automatic liquid injection machine.

Ordinary air-conditioning systems cannot meet the low dew point environment. Therefore, corresponding dehumidification equipment needs to be added to meet the current use needs. Considering the impact of personnel on the environmental dew point, each dry area also has strict restrictions on the number of people. In order to meet the above humidity requirements, only the adsorption secondary dehumidifier can meet the use requirements. Considering the dew point control in different areas of the site, two dehumidifiers are used on site to meet the use requirements, one of which is used for dew point -30 ℃ area control, and the other is used to control the -45°C and -60°C area control. After the fresh air is cooled by the front surface, it enters the treatment area of the first-stage runner. The water molecules in the air are absorbed by the hygroscopic agent in the rotation.

The dried air passes through the middle surface cooler and then enters the second-stage runner. The air is adjusted to the required temperature through the rear surface cooler (after heating) and sent to the workplace. Such a continuous cycle finally meets the requirements of humidity control and temperature control. The function of each functional section: the runner is to process the humidity of the mixed air to the required extreme working humidity, so that the dry air becomes the required humidity requirement; the rear surface cooling section or the rear heating section is to adjust the temperature of the dry air to The temperature point required by the workplace. The fan surface of the wheel in the processing air area absorbs water molecules and becomes saturated. It will automatically turn to the regeneration area for high-temperature regeneration treatment to restore the dehumidification capacity of the alignment wheel.
