Principle introduction:
Dry Deep Cooling Recovery Principle, condensation recovery method and exhaust gas recovery process use refrigeration technology to cool waste gas from normal temperature to -25~-110 ℃ (different condensing temperatures can be set for different volatile gases), so that the exhaust gas will get liquefaction recovery step by step. When the temperature is below 0°C, the moisture in the exhaust gas will freeze and block the condenser, resulting in the inability of continuous and stable operation of the equipment. DRY AIR uses patented technology to dehumidify the exhaust gas of the system, which can reduce the dew point of the exhaust gas to -50 °C to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the system. The whole system is continuously circulated through the above process, so as to achieve continuous cooling, segregation and recovery of oil gas. The non-condensable gas can be directly entered into the RTO for incineration and discharge by standard.
Advantageous features :
▶ Economic benefits: condensing and liquefying the high concentration organic waste gas directly, the water content of 0.1% ~ 0.4% can be directly returned.
▶ Reduce the solvent content of high concentration waste gas to a safe range, ensuring the safe and stable operation.
▶ Simple operation: easy to operate and maintain, PLC programmable control, automatic operation.
▶ Good safety: the system is equipped with multiple protections, and the whole machine is explosion-proof.
▶ High flexibility of treatment capacity: 10% - 100% range of operation can be achieved, and the back-end into the RTO can ensure continuous compliance.
Application industries:
Reflective material coating, new material coating, tape, new chemical materials, pharmaceutical intermediates and other industries.
